Unworn items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in resalable condition with tags attached.
Contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email with your order number. We’ll arrange the pickup or tell you where to drop the item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method (or wallet credit for cash orders).
Need a different size? We’ll exchange it subject to availability — reserve your new size by contacting us first.
Items marked “final sale”, personalised items and products that show signs of wear can’t be returned.
